Basic Advisory and Troubleshooting: Every ticket generated from you or support@yourhost.com, will be resolved within 6 hours. Should Level 2 issues arrive, we will notify you of the amount of time needed to resolve the issue and request your approval. We will NOT resolve mail or database application issues that do not reside in the shared web server.

> Unlimited tickets per server
 
Passive Monitoring: External agent will monitor your server every 1 hour and capture logs of running applications and services.
 
Remote Admin: Modifications of the issues will be remotely administered thru the control panel application
 
Support Level: Level 1 Support Only
