and Troubleshooting: Every ticket generated
from you or support@yourhost.com, will
be resolved within 6 hours. Should
Level 2 issues arrive, we will notify you
of the amount of time needed to resolve the
issue and request your approval. We will NOT
resolve mail or database application issues
that do not reside in the shared web server.
